Solari SPARC illegal option -- u

We have installed the agents in 2 physical servers linux solaris 10 SPARC, then we want to generate a protection group from the vbr and when we add the physical server with user and private key gives us the following error:

Linux credentials Error: Error: id: illegal option -- u
Usage: id [-ap] [user]; Exit code: 2

the server backup is in version 12

FYI:

If your version is anything lower than 12.1.0.2131, then the observed behaviour is totally expected as the functionality is not guaranteed to work on builds that are not 12.1 GA or later.

the problem was solved, I had to add it with the pre installed agent option and configure the xml on the server.
