It looks like the option to upgrade the backup chain isn't available when using Veeam agents jobs. So for now we have left CS uninstalled from the server

Actually found out how - the documentation uses a lot of words to simply say "select a backup and click this button"

Unfortunately I'm still having these issues on 2 out of 3 of our SOBRs so I'll need to raise a ticket

If I understood correctly, you have opened a ticket regarding Processing xxxx Error: Cannot transfer meta to the master extent. All failbacks failed. Failed to rename file 'X:\Backups\XXXXX\XXX.vbm.temp' to 'XXX.vbm.
Correct?
Is there a solution?

I am also experiencing this issue after installing CrowdStrike on our backup server. Has anyone found a working fix?
