Netapp StorageGRID v11.7.0.5 - Object Locking not working

Hi Guys
I am using StorageGRID Version 11.7.0.5 from Netapp.
Also I am running the latest VBM365 with the newest patch (Build: 7.1.0.1401)

The Jobs on a bucket without object lock work without problems.
Unfortunately, the backup copy to the immutable bucket does not work.
I have this behavior with 2 independent installations.
The following errors occur immediately in the job



Error Messages:
Unexpected XML attribute of Retention: xmlns:xsd
Error: The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request.

I was able to create a bucket with object-locking and versioning enabled on StorageGrid



It Veeam support ticket is open, but the support currently suspects the problem with the storage vendor.
Since I already have the identical problem with 2 customer installations, I wanted to ask if anyone here has similar problems?

I'm seeing a similar issue in our system for another customer.
NetApp and backup copy jobs. The case is with our RnD team.

yesterday I configured an immutable backup copy job in our environment and got the same error... We're running VB365 (newest version) and use StorageGRID, too (11.6.0.11)...

I will open another Veeam case in a new minutes... Are there any news concerning this behaviour?

We have developed a hotfix (dll file) for v7.1.0.1501. You can reference to bug id 656092.
Our support team will confirm from your server logs that you are affected by the same issue and then provide you with the updated dll file.

What is here the best or recommended setting in StorageGRID concerning the consistency level of the bucket? (All/strong-global/strong-site/read-after-new-write/Available)...

We had this issue at several customers - is the hotfix for this included in newer versions? Didn't see anything in the release notes?

Resolved Issues
A backup copy job may fail with the error:
Unexpected XML attribute of Retention: xmlns:xsd. The remote server returned the error: (400) Bad request.

I also confirmed it through our internal bug tracking system.
