Issue rescanning Backup Server 0x80004005

Hello,

I just installed VBR in a VPS and I'm getting the following error whenever rescaning the backup server.

As I can't rescan the server, I also can't add a new repository which is needs this server to be the mount server also. I've never seen this error before, I've already checked the wmi functions, classes and whatever else involved in this error, and everything is fine. I've disabled the Windows Firewall, messed around with the WMI permissions and nothing seemed to make any difference.

The Veeam Installer log gave me these informations also...

Free case will have a low chance to get answered. I strongly recommend to open the case under your VCC license contract number.
Our system tells me that you don't have the case administrator role assigned for your VCC contract.

Please ask your primary license administrator to assign you the case administrator permissions.
Then you will be able to create cases for your Cloud Connect license:

the admin is absent for some days, do you really think I wont be able to get any response from that?
I've done a little digging, and it seems to be related to my VPS not having a Win32_CompterSystemProduct Instance, which in turn contains an UUID that I think is where Veeam gets the information from...
