hi:
issue 1: Randomly, one tape drive have a red exclamation sign in Tape infrastructure and Veeam can not use in tape backup. The other drive never have this sign
Both have the same firmware level
I need to reboot the drive in order to reestablish it to use
Issue 2: 2 tape jobs started an the same hour. One take one drive and works ok but the other wait for resources, although it have a tape in it media pool and tape drive available

Thank you for your post, however, these sound like technical issues which need to be investigated by Veeam Support as noted in our forum policy and when you create a topic.
Please open a case for each issue, as they will need to be checked separately. Remember to include logs for Support to review: https://veeam.com/kb1832. I recommend use the 3rd radio option and select the Veeam server to export logs from and include both on both cases, noting the affected job name for the 2nd issue so Support knows which job to check.
