Hi team,
For those who provide offsite storage for different clients that you support[MSP], where do you usually track data usage/traffic that is being sent from the client site to your datacenter?
For context, we currently are experiencing overages in our datacenter and the only suspect is traffic coming from clients that offsite to our data center.
Using Veeam Service Provider Console, the only area I can look is TOPs but even in TOPs I am not confident enough that THAT is the place we should be looking into - but please do enlighten me if you disagree.
Cloud Connect server can display the backup copy job stats and I am looking for additional place where I can prove overage, specifically in Veeam Service Provider Console.
Sorry for the long post, hoping for your patience and wise guidance here in this amazing forums!
Thanks,
Robert

Re: Backup Copy question
Hello Robert
Have you tried the Veeam One Report for Cloud Connect (no VeeamOne license required for Cloud Connect Connect).
- Cloud Connect User Report (Backup)
If you add yourself to our service provider user group, I can move your question to a subforum where our Service Provider can share how they monitor there VCC environment.
- Apply for the Cloud and Service Providers user group
Best,
Fabian
