Connection via server trough Console

Hello,

I've a client that has been having issues to connect to the VB365 server trough a console installed on his machine, its giving me the following error:

Has anyone encountered such error?

Please kindly contact customer support for any technical issues, as stated in our forum policy). We cannot troubleshoot and investigate technical issues through forum posts. Provide me with the case number after reaching out to customer support.

In the meantime, is there an firewall between the client and backup server that might be interfering with the SSL traffic?
