Configuration backup fails

Hello,
on my customer server (Release 12.3.0.310), the configuration backup job always fails with following errors

22/01/2025 08:39:31 Error Unable to write to configuration backup file.

I have tried to disable encryption, but it seems to be mandatory for configuration backup.

Any idea or I have to open a support case ?

Issue solved. Wrong username (Administrator@HOSTNAME) in PostgreSQL configuration file, due to a hostname renaming.
