More information from failure logs?

hi,
Can someone take a look at the screen capture and let me know where i can retrieve further logs about this failure?

Select the VM you are interested in to see additional details.

The error message is:

For all technical issues, you need to open a support case and provide full logs as explained when you click New Topic. At a first glance looks like a permission issue though...

No, this forum has a different purpose than technical support... this is also explained in the same place.
