Has anyone else encountered problems with backing up Teams after upgrading to version 8?
For most of our customers, the upgrade hasn't caused any issues. However, we are facing significant problems with Teams backup on two customer environments, preventing us from completing the backup since upgrading to version 8.
Both environments are running the latest version (8.1.0.331) but are experiencing different errors:
Customer 1 (Using Proxy Pool) – Case #07605391 - we are seeing different errors:
- Error: An item with the same key has already been added. Key: xxxxxx, message key: xxxxx, service: ResolverService
- Error: Processing team posts XXXX failed – The response status code does not indicate success: 504 (Gateway Timeout).
- Error: Processing team posts xxxxx failed – Object processing already canceled by: ServiceCancellationToken.
- Error: Failed to process team: IXxxxx. Unexpected behavior occurred: an object was returned for processing.
Customer 2 (Single Proxy) – Case #07532679
- Error: The response status code does not indicate success: 400 (Bad Request). The specified page token value has expired and can no longer be included in your request.
This issue has persisted since upgrading to version 8 on 06/12/2024, leaving the customer without a Teams backup for over two months.
Before version 8, we did not have any problems backing up Teams.
Has anyone else faced similar problems, or found a workaround?
