NATS server credential data

Hy!

I had an M365 7.0 backup software on my server. I wasn't configured, so I uninstalling and downloaded the latest (version 8 ) software. I want to install, but the installer ask to me the NATS Server credentials data. I dont know this credenital. I followed this article: https://www.veeam.com/kb4669

Vut when I changed the password in nats-server.conf file, the nats-server service cannot start due to this error: Error 1053 (“The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion”)

Hy!

I remove the nats-server service, and I can created a new nats instance:

I used the sc.exe command:
