i just did an update to 7.2.1 in my lab and also at a Customer site.
In my lab environment, i just activated MFA - after that, a login is not possible anymore. Steps as seen in the Screenshots...
At the Customer site (i did created a backup of the VRO system, for sure

After taking a look under "C:\ProgramData\Veeam\Orchestrator\Log\VROServer.log" i cannot find any information to this issue.
I can create a support ticket for this for sure, but have currently no access to the Web UI anymore - so providing more logs or informations will be a bit difficult.
First of all, we do a rollback at the customer site, to gain access to our Web UI again.
