backup notification isn't sent

Hy,
i have set Veeam Data Cloud to backup a tenant o f my customer.
Everything woks fine but email notifications.

I have set al the form i've found and insert email address but i don't find notification in my mailbox.
I'va have checked also mail server logs but i haven't any mail from no-reply@veeamdatacloud.com

What i miss?
