We have confirmed the bug and will address it in the upcoming patch. It appears the IoT version uses a different product code, which was not detected correctly by our setup.
You can use the workaround below for the IOT Operating System Version:
0. Make sure you run actions below as admin
1. Extract the installation file. Use 7-Zip to extract the .exe file into the desired folder
2. Install windowsdesktop-runtime-8.0.21-win-x64.exe and aspnetcore-runtime-8.0.21-win-x64.exe prerequisites from VeeamAgentWindows_13.0.1.120\Endpoint\Redistr folder
3. Install VeeamOpenSslFips.v3.0.0.msi prerequisite from: VeeamAgentWindows_13.0.1.120\Endpoint\Endpoint
4. Finally install the agent Veeam_B&R_Endpoint_x64.msi from VeeamAgentWindows_13.0.1.120\Endpoint\Endpoint folder
