Hello
Veeam Vendor confirmed that Currently, Veeam Backup & Replication v12 does not provide native options to configure automated alerts or email notifications specifically for offload session failures or backlog situations.
The built-in notification features are primarily designed for backup jobs, agent jobs, and protection group rescans, and do not extend to Capacity Tier offload sessions.
We need to configure the alerts for offload sessions and backlog situations.
Thanks,

Re: Enabling alerts for Offload backups sessions
Hi Kona,
You should get offload mail notifications once per day, if you have configured the global mail notifications.
You could use our syslog integration to receive offload alerts instead.
Offload alerts are sent with the Storage Management Session Finished event.
I see only benefits in using syslog over email — all events follow the same structure and can be seamlessly integrated into your monitoring system for reporting or investigation purposes.
Best,
Fabian
