Veeam ONE Data Collection Timeout Increase?

Is there a method to increase the Veeam ONE Object properties data collection timeout from 20 minutes to something higher? It seems once we've upgraded Veeam ONE from v12 to v13, the Veeam ONE Object properties data collection task sometimes takes longer than 20 minutes to complete. When this happens, the Object properties data collection results in a Warning and shows the server it was waiting for as Unhealthy. I'd like to increase the task to 30 minutes to see if it can always complete instead of showing the status as Unhealthy when it takes too long.

Object properties data collection task that exceeds its timeout is not ideal. It would be better to examine it in detail and understand the root cause. An unhealthy status may indicate not just a data delay, but potential data loss as well.
Please open a support case and provide case ID in this thread so we could collect all the additional details and investigate it accordingly.

Ok, I opened Case #07961283 with logs from Veeam ONE. I'll see what Veeam Support has to say about this.
