Dear all,
I am currently trying to determine the optimal concurrent tasks ratio for a General Backup Proxy.
We are planning to set up a new General Backup Proxy using our new Linux server (virtual machine) with 4 vCPUs and 8 GB of RAM. However, when I attempt to add it as a General Proxy in Veeam, it indicates that it can handle only 1 concurrent task. If I try to increase this value, a warning is displayed.
Could you please clarify how the concurrent tasks ratio is determined for General Proxies? Additionally, what would be the correct approach to configure this proxy to handle more concurrent tasks efficiently?
Thank you very much for your guidance.
Best regards,
Andrea
