Instant Recovery

Hi all,
We are using the Hyper-V as our host to host VM. For the Instant Recovery cache folder. in V12.We still can configure under the repository. but in V13. I didn't see this option. Base my testing, it will created avhdx file during the Instant recovery. after we did the migrate to production. all the avhdx file will be gone.
1.Can you help to confirm about the cache folder on the instant recovery in V13?
2.For the disaster recovery, when is the best time to do the migrate to production? once finishing the Testing Recovered VM then do immediately to migrate to production? what is Veeam suggestion about this?
