Hello team, we created a folder in my OneDrive, and added some pictures, txt files, pdf files, and others.
We backed up this account, and when trying to open or download these files, they are not opening; they are corrupted.
We tried with 2 different accounts, from 2 different organizations, and in 2 different environments, with the VBO versions 8.3 and 8.4, same problem.
If you save the folder in your local, all files has 82KB.

Case #08093249
---
We already have a customer saying the same with the SharePoint documents folder download, but I haven't checked it yet.
---
Is someone else with the same problem?

Re: OneDrive backup files corrupted
Hello, Flavio,
Please be advised that this appears to be a technical issue; this forum is not a support forum but rather a place to connect with product management and/or R&D teams.
Kindly find the topic rules below:
veeam-backup-replication-f2/rules-of-po ... -t755.html
From what I see, support is currently working on your case - I'd advise you to coordinate with your support engineer.
As of today, from my end I haven't found any massive reports similar to yours, but similar issues were seen in the past.

Sorry Vladimir, but I disagree.
When you click a new topic, you have this warning:
Also, we may have this happening to more customers/partners, and they just do not know yet, so it is a great warning to them.

Another update to the issue, I updated my Veeam to the latest version (8.4.0.1457), as the first bug in the "bug fixes" session in this kb4843 suggests, but no lucky. We still have the problem.

Re: OneDrive backup files corrupted
Yeah, I also believe they are related. I already upgraded to the latest version, edited some files to force the incremental, but no luck, same issue.
I'm still talking with them, let's see. I will update here once it is solved.
