Error exporting server logs - Case 00220972
When attempting to export server logs from all servers, I receive an error for one of the servers:

So far I haven’t heard about similar issues, so, let’s wait and see what support team says about it.

The server is accessible. It's running multiple VMs, and I'm able to connect to the admin share and to the Hyper-V MMC with the right credentials.v.Eremin wrote:Just a guess – I’m wondering whether the problem server is even accessible. Thanks.

Jeff, have you tried to rescan it from the Veeam console (Backup Infrastructure > right-click the server > Rescan)?
