B&R V7 e-mail not sending
ESXi 5.1.1157734
B&R V7
B&R V6.5 e-mail worked perfectly. V7 will send e-mail successfully if I click the test button, however, no e-mails are sent for successful completions, failures, or warnings. I have Notify on Success, Notify on Failure, and Notify on Warning all checked. Anyone know what may be happening?

Did you perform an upgrade or it was a clean install? Do you have this setting configured globally on a per job basis?

The setting is set per Job. I just found an interesting piece of information. All the jobs that are automatic are not sending e-mail. The manual jobs are sending. This was a clean install. Does this give any clue as to what is happening?

Not really... only debug logs can give a clue.
Our own v7 deployment sends emails fine.

I have logging set to full (5). Where do I find the log that would hold this information?

I would suggest contacting our support directly for assistance with logs review, but you can go to the Menu -> Help -> Support Information -> Export logs and choose backup job log that doesn't send email notification to review it yourself.

I am experiencing the same problem. Had some failures last night (own fault..) but didn't receive any mail of it at all. Email notification is properly set in the B&R server options, I only received notifications on success. No warning and worse, no failure message. So if you resolved this I would really like to know how.

Ok, thanks, I will submit a call for this.. The server mails fine. Just had some jobs finished successfully and did receive a mail. I already noticed this behaviour earlier with a failed job but didn't give it any attention. Yesterday I had 11 jobs failed and not a single one of them sent a mail. The one that was succesfull did.

It would be great if you could update the thread with the case ID, once you get it, so we could track the resolution in future.
