Reporting on duration of alarm
I'm trying to get a metric set up on how long it takes our IT team to resolve alarms that are critical to our business. What I'm looking for is a way to pull from Veeam ONE how much time it took to resolve each alarm that happens. If I look at the alarms in Veeam ONE i can see time stamps for when the alarm was tripped and when it was resolved, I'm needing a report that shows that plus the time elapsed. Anyone know how to do that?

Hi Jeremy,
There is Backup Alarms Overview, it shows when and how many times the alarms were triggered, but it recently it doesn`t include alarm resolution time.
From the other hand in the Alarms tab of the Monitor you can see which alarms were triggered and when they were triggered and resolved.
