Backup phisical server Windows 2012 R2

hello, we have a phisical server with windows server 2012 R2 and we need to backup it.
We saw that with the last update there is a new community version of veeam backup and replication and wanted to try it.
we installed veeam backup and replication 9.5 update 4 in the phisical server, followed the guide: https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/backu ... l?ver=95u4
but we could not backup it, becouse when we are adding the agent from the backup and replication console we receive the error: Installing package Veeam Agent for Windows Error: Error 1920.Service Veeam Agent for Microsoft Windows (VeeamEndpointBackupSvc) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services.
is there something wrong that we are doing?
Can't we backup the machine where is installed veeam backup and replication?

First, welcome to Veeam Community Forums and thanks for posting!

Regarding the issue, could you please make sure that the account used for Agent deployment has Local Admin rights on the physical server and there is no 3rd-party software preventing this operation?

Answering your second question, you are able to back up the B&R server using Agent - no issues with this. Additionally, we offer Configuration Backup for backing up and restoring B&R server configuration.
