Error: Failed to retrieve the value of the Boolean by name FIResult

I have a physical machine which I have added manually to the Managed group.
The machine backed up fine via B&R (community Edition 11, newest patch) but stopped working at the end of last month (probably when I deactived the standard administrator account of the domain and replaced the name of the account with something not that obvious but have added the new credentials to Veeam B&R also).

As the agent "failed to connect" (although network connections were working) I have upgraded it from v5 to v6 and afterwards started the backup through the B&R console which resulted in the following error:

Error: Failed to retrieve the value of the Boolean by name 'FIResult'

I have not been able to find anything regarding that specific error message on the net so I'm at a loss.

What shall I do?

Agent compatibility:
- Veeam Agent v6 requires Veeam Backup & Replication V12
- Veeam Agent v6.1 requires Veeam Backup & Replication V12.1

Please update your backup server accordingly. Your v11 server is not compatible with Agent v6. It may solve the issue you see.
