Feature Request - Limit Bandwith consumtion in Percent

Dear Team,

On the Advanced Settings agent for Windows I would like to have an option to have example 10 % of the maximum speed.


Because we have different network speeds (100 Mbit and 1000 Mbit) in the office.
So when I limit it to 10 %, 100Mbit = 10 Mbit backup speed.
And 10% of 1000 Mbit = 100 Mbit backup speed.

And because people don't have the same desk every day, I can't put it in a separate group.
