Re: Got Error Failed to call RPC function 'PckgFind'
I had the same issue after upgrading from 11.0.1.1261_20230227 to 12.0.0.1420_20230413.
The registry hive Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Veeam\Veeam VSS HW Snapshot Provider was missing.
The support installed it via a reg-file with the following content.
------------------
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Veeam\Veeam VSS HW Snapshot Provider]
"LogDirectory"="C:\\ProgramData\\Veeam\\Backup"
"Port"=dword:00001843

Re: Got Error Failed to call RPC function 'PckgFind'
Hello and Welcome to Veeam R&D Forums!
Many thanks for sharing the solution with our Community but I'd like to recommend validating this workflow with our support team to all future readers of this topic. The fact that it worked in your case does not necessarily mean that it applies to any case with a similar error (which is quite generic).
Thanks!

"LogDirectory"="C:\\ProgramData\\Veeam\\Backup"
"Port"=dword32:0x00001843 (6211)
