Fail to catalogue tape

Hi guy,

We have finished a tape job successfully without errors. Then we eject the tape and inject it again. After that, we inventory and catalogue it.
However, the below error prompted during the catalogue process. Any idea for this...? The tape and the library are new.

P.S. Make sure you are up to date with the latest available Update 3.

Hi chauk2,

I do see that the case was closed and you were able to get it resolved by replacing the SAS cable. Is that correct?
