Offline Agent Installation CentOs Python error

I'm trying to install veeam on CentOS7 in offline mode and i'm struggling to install dependency python3. I downloaded and installed python3, but it installed in /var/lib/bin/python3 whereas it say that it must be in /usr/bin/python3. So, i created a link and again it says that ------
/usr/bin/python3 is needed by kmod-veeamsnap-5.0.0.4318-1.el7.x86_64. But the result of the command: which python3 is /usr/bin/python3.

Although python3 binary is there, some libraries might be missing.

Provided that /usr/bin/python3 binary is there, what happens if you invoke this line?
