ubuntu 16.04 backup fails

I'm having problems with what used to be a running backup. The message I'm getting in the UI is:

Additional info:
  • ubuntu box is running a a hyper v guest on Server 2012R2
  • Backup destination is a Synology NAS via NFS
The backup was working fine so I'm not sure exactly what caused it to break. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,

Such issues should be investigated by our support team, kindly open a case and post your case ID.

And a small side question - why do you use the agent to backup the Hyper-V virtual machine?

If you don't have a lot of VMs then I guess you can go with Veeam Community Edition which is free.
