Hi,

I have 3 cases open currently, and it seems as the support people don´t read, what we write. Could we please have support to read the case and respond correct.

Hi Robert,

You can use the option to escalate the ticket to the higher tier of support by using talk to a Manager at the Customer Portal menu. Thanks!
