SAP HANA has a timeout for any BACKINT specific operation. It can be modified I think in the global.ini

The reasons for this can be:
- SAP HANA backup can not reach the backup destination
- Our Veeam Plug-in can not get a Repository Task Slot (none free) for the processing
- Our Veeam Plug-in can not get the needed amount of Repository Task Slots
- If you have a huge amount of tenants that you backup paired together with high frequent (every 5 min) log backup and a SMB Backup Repository can lead into delays because of overhead for the usual SMB processing (15 sec additional overhead per backup file).

Overall check the following:
- Your Veeam SQL Server load if you backup huge amount of databases/tenants at the same time.
- Check Availability of Repository Task slots. There is a RTS log in the main log folder that list the Veeam Repository task slot availability over time.
- Check network reliability
- Check that you are on v10a CP3 https://www.veeam.com/kb4050 - for the Plug-in and B&R Server - Specifically update if you have a huge amount of databases/tenants as we always work on performance.
