I am having two replica jobs giving me the error: "Can't delete replica when it is being processed."
One job after changing destination host (only 1 of 6 VM in job having the error)
The other job after changing disk size in VM (only 1 VM in job)
VMware Replication
B&R 9.5 Update 1 (v. 9.5.0.823) but the first job had this error before I installed update 1.
Is there a simple solution for this problem or should I open a support case?

Hello Einar,
I have the same error on 2 replicas. Also B&R 9.5 Update 1 (v. 9.5.0.823).
Do you have a solution or can you give me the Support request number so I can refer to it?
Guido
It's always preferable to have your own ticket open for a particular issue. If solution has been found already, you will be provided with it within your case. Thanks.
I've had this happen multiple times. After working with support here was the solution they provided me:
1. Pause the replication job that would include the affected VM.
2. Delete the _replica VM for the affected VM.
3. Create a new job for that specific VM.
4. Replicate the VM creating a new _replica.
5. Configure the legacy job to use the new _replica.
6. Resume normal replication jobs.
This has worked for me. The troubling thing is that I continue to have VMs failing with the "Can't delete replica when it is being processed" error. The "why" cannot be, or rather was not, answered by support.
It seems more like a workaround rather that a definitive solution, especially, since the issue is coming back regularly. Have you ever escalated a ticket, trying to get some details rgarding the root cause of the problem?
