Having issue on customers new Veeam setup testing the SharePoint Explorer, when I attempt to load content it times out. Quick google shows this forum thread advising to update within the config.xml file. But this doesn't exist on the server under C:\ProgramData\Veeam\Backup\SharePointExplorer on the server.

Can I just create it? Is there a way to get it created? I figured hopefully can just get quickest answer here hopefully as we want to demo this for them tomorrow.
Thanks

Re: Sharepoint Explorer - Timeout. Solution to update config
Yes, you can create the config.xml text file in this folder.
