Proxy selection issue when proxy is not working properly

I have the following issue:

Job fails 4x times because the proxy X it selects isn't working properly (disk was full) why is the job not able to select another proxy?

After fixing the faulty proxy X and pressing retry button the job only uses proxy X to complete the job.

I have enough proxies available.

I assume the proxy service was still running and reachable. That's why we haven't failed over to another one.
To confirm what happened, please open a support case (as required for any technical issue) and provide us with a current log package ( https://www.veeam.com/kb1832).
Don't forget to share the case number with me.

Understandable.
The case and your logs are important to us if we have to escalate it to RnD.
For now it seems to me that we don't check if there is enough space available or not. Only if the proxy is reachable and it's services are responding.

Thanks for replying but I'm also wondering why it sticks to that 1 proxy whilst there are 4 other are available.

As mentioned in the case even after pressing retry it only finishes the job with that 1 proxy.
