Hi!
We have a consultant helping us with veeam.
He needs to create a support case, but he's unable to create a ticket on our behalf.
Is it possible for him to get access to create tickets for us?
He's the person that's going to follow up on the case, so if I create the case, I'm "stuck" with it.

I cannot think of anything besides sharing support portal credentials with him, but probably either your sales representative or the support engineer (you've worked with previously) might have a better solution. Thanks.

You can define the consultant as a case administrator so that he can open tickets on your behalf.
