Hi,
I installed the Veeam Agent for Windows about half a year ago. When I try to open it now, it gives me the error "Unable to complete the action because this backup agent is centrally managed by your system administrator". This is a private PC, so there is no connection to our B&R Server at work (I've checked it at work, if it might registered itself, when I was working at home with VPN).
But there isn't my agent listed. How can I get the control back?
Best regards,
JNZ

Re: Veeam Agent suddenly centrally managed
Hello Jens.
This behavior is unexpected (if agent machine was never discovered by Veeam B&R server). Please open support case and let them check debug logs. Do not forget to share the case ID in this thread. Thank you.
