V10 - after upgrade to V10, some backup jobs fails

Hi,

we have upgraded an installation. after that, some of the job fails with this error:

and a few with this error:

An item with the same key has already been added
before the update, all jobs run successfully..
any ideas?

When you encounter a technical error it's always recommended to raise a support case immediately to get a solution asap, as our ability to troubleshoot through the forum is limited. As far as I see our engineers need a bit more info to perform the analysis. Could you please upload the requested information so they would be able to find out what's going on?

I'm experiencing the same issue, post-upgrade. Is this something which needs referral to support, or is there something I can do to fix it directly?

Hello I just upgraded to Veeam 10 and get the exact same errors on some jobs. Is this addressed in a newer cumulative patch or do I need to open a support case?

Hi guys,

Quick update. We've determined the root cause and are working on a fix. If you are experiencing the same issue, please raise a support case to get a solution.

The conditions needed to reproduce the issue are quite complex, so we do not expect a significant number of users to face it.

Same error, post upgrade B&R from 9.5 (U4) to 10.0.1.4854....
I have open case, Case ID: 04411550

I am looking for some help. Same issue Case #04666930 — An item with the same key has already been added.
Just upgraded from 9.5 U4 to 10.0a.
3 working jobs are now 2 working jobs after upgrade.
