Veeam ONE Agent Tab - Grayed out
When running the console and going to the Veeam ONE Agent tab everything there is grayed out or N/A. Is there a way to fix this or do I need to reach out to Support?
So there is no way to deploy the agent from the console at all or repair, etc.

Yes license is good. I opened a ticket and referenced another one by a fellow Vanguard so will see.

from the support case descriptions, it looks to me that two setups are different. Let's see what support finds out further down the road and what the suggestions bring.
Maybe as a general idea: I would put VeeamONE on a different server than VBR. Having the "monitor" on the same system like the "monitored system" looks like a chicken-egg problem in some situations for me.
