Restore to EC2 from S3

Hi

I would like to know restore to EC2 support condition.

My condition is bellow.
- Veeam Backup & Replication v12 and Veeam agent v 6.0
- Backup job mode is Managed by Agent.
- Backup to S3 directly.

When I restore to EC2 from backup data S3, I had bellow error message.
Restoring Disk 0 (40 GB) : Preparing virtual disk for upload...
Restore job failed Error: Failed to prepare virtual disk for upload.

On above condition, I would like to know whether restore to EC2 from S3 is supported or not.

Yes, it's supported. So it sounds like a technical issue. Please provide a support case ID for this issue, as requested when you click New Topic.

Hello,
uhm, it looks like you opened a case with community edition. Is it possible, that you are not a case administrator https://www.veeam.com/kb2211 ?

Is that a lab or a production environment? If production, then please send me the support ID via direct message and I try to get the case assigned to the normal support queue. Chances are high, that you never get an answer from with community edition.
