Console unable to connect to remote server

Hello,
I'm setting up a newly VBR server (12.1.1.56). The server installation was successful and everything works correctly.
The only problem is that the console installed on a PC does not connect to the server, with the following error "failed to load licence from backup service".
I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the console, without success.

Hello,

That sounds like a technical issue. We cannot investigate such issues through a forum topic. Please provide a support case ID for this issue, as requested when you click New Topic. Without case number, the topic will eventually be deleted by moderators.

You may check exclusions in your anti virus tool on the remote machine. Just to rule out antivirus as the cause.
