Volume 2 ESP FAT32 Partição 500 MB Íntegro Sistema

Try to switch to Volume level backup and manually check these volumes. No idea why you have RAW partitions but that might be some vendor specific volumes, so I would not recommend to delete them.

I will try to repair those volumes, but how can I open a new support case if needed?

In case no luck with volume backup mode, go to Control Panel > Support and hit Technical Support (you can use this thread for a reference). Cheers!

Hi Dima,

Thanks for all sugestions! I removed the RAW hidden files and the backup completed successfully! Now I trying to restore the damaged volumes to select they again.
