Hi Derrick,

1. Did you implement this fix? veeam-backup-for-microsoft-office-365-f ... ml#p213276

2. Did you try to cancel / stop the job?

3. How many mailboxes / data are we talking about

4. Is it a full (first one) or incremental?

thanks

Hi Mike, thanks for the reply. Answers to your questions below.

1. Did you implement this fix? veeam-backup-for-microsoft-office-365-f47/veeam-backup-for-microsoft-office-365-t37778.html#p213276
-I did and that fixed another issue I was having. " Error: An entry with the same key already exists."

2. Did you try to cancel / stop the job?
-I didn't do this.

3. How many mailboxes / data are we talking about
-There is about 148 mailboxes in that job. I'm guessing but probably around 300GB of data.

4. Is it a full (first one) or incremental?
-It's the first run so I'm guessing it's full. I couldn't find the option for incremental/full so I'm not sure.

If it is the first run, then it is a full.

Can you store the logs on a google drive / dropbox / onedrive / your own choice of sharing platform :-) and PM me a link? I would like to get this to the DEV and QC teams for review

Thanks

Derrick,

We have a new version that should fix the issues. This is the release candidate. You can find all the information here: veeam-backup-for-microsoft-office-365-f ... 38574.html

After Upgrading to VBO Version 3 I have the same error when opening a restore point.

As this is a 2.5-year-old thread, there is nothing known about a new error like this again. I would suggest contacting support to figure out what is causing this.

As suggested in the thread, please open a support case and let us know the ID. Things change fast in the cloud and the last issue is almost a year ago.

@blankota what do you mean? This is a 4 year old topic so I'm not sure what you are asking for or suggesting.
