Access disabled by the service provider

Post by mwiles »

We have deployed Veeam v10 CP2 integrated with VMWare vCloud Director. It has been deployed for quite some time and working fine. 9.5U3, 9.5U4, 10.0, etc ...
In our testing / staging environment, it was brought to my attention that someone received message about their vCD org being unavailable.
Message from SSP
"Access disabled by the service provider"
I see in the log file

Code: Select all

C:\ProgramData\Veeam\Backup\Veeam.WebApp.log

I have tried to look to see root cause of this issue. I am not aware how to even disable access for a vdc/vorg, so not sure where to start. I don't believe anyone else knows how to do this either. There are other vorgs/vdcs working fine in this environment. I have not yet opened a support ticket as I thought would start here first. Thanks in advance and hope I provided enough information.

For closure, the backing vDC was deleted by another developer so I no longer have the environment available. I asked for Veeam to close the corresponding ticket.

Hi Michael,

thank you for coming back with the results.
In general, when you get such kind of error
"Access disabled by the service provider"
it's more likely we have to ask the Service provider about the issue.

Thanks!
