Can´t connect to my Organization

Hi, i followed the veeam docs - espcially the Polina Vasileva doc. Bit i cant connect to my Organization.

That sounds like a technical issue. Please provide a support case ID for this issue, as requested when you click New Topic. Without case number, the topic will eventually be deleted by moderators.

Hello Damian

I replaced your license ID (#02******) with a the support case id (#06******).
Did you have tried to add your organization with "Modern authentication with legacy protocols allowed" or with "Basic authentication"? If yes, Microsoft has deprecated this authentication methods in M365 tenants. It won't work anymore and may be removed from our product in future releases.

Please use only "Modern app-only authentication".

Not related to the issue:
Please check the system requirements for your VB365 server. It must have 8 CPU cores and minimum 16 GB RAM just for Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365. If you use the same server for Veeam Backup & Replication and Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365, you need to consider to add more Cores and Memory if both applications run their jobs simultaneously.

PS:
I can see you have opened the case for the community edition. If you want to evaluate the product, I recommend to get a trial license. Community edition only gets you best effort support.

Hi

i use modern auth with legacy protocols (Germany)

Atm, this is a test system. It will be upgraded when it veeam is set up.

For Germany region, modern app only is not available.
Therefore you used the correct authentication method.

Let's see what our support team finds out.
If your case get closed because of high load (support on best effort), get a trial license for your evaluation test.
Our customer support will provide "basic support" response time while a customer is officially testing our product.
